Stempel: Utydelig blått anker med PP 1887-1911

Platten har hvit bunn og er formet som et løvblad, kantet i blått og gull. Øverst det norske riksvåpen, ellers bilder av alle polfarerne, med Fridtjof Nansen (1861–1930) i midten. Rundt dette bildet laurbærkrans i grønt med sløyfe i de norske farger. I alt 13 personer. Nederst en del av en globus med tegning av polarskuta "Fram" på Nordpolen.

Stamp: Indistinct blue anchor with PP 1887-1911. The plaque has a white base and is shaped like a leaf, edged in blue and gold. At the top the Norwegian national coat of arms, otherwise pictures of all the polar explorers, with Fridtjof Nansen (1861–1930) in the middle. Around this picture a laurel wreath in green with a bow in the Norwegian colors. A total of 13 people. At the bottom a part of a globe with a drawing of the polar ship "Fram" at the North Pole.
